EXHIBITION SPACE RENTAL RATES

Raw space - EUR 250 per 1 sq.m.
Shell-scheme booth - EUR 325 per 1 sq.m.
Electrical connection of the shell-scheme booth (220 V/5kVt) – EUR 40.
Registration fee - EUR 250. Catalogues fee (printed and mobile) - EUR 350. 
The minimum exhibition space - 9 sq.m.
The extra charge for the corner disposition (when two or more booth sides open) - 10% of the total free design exhibition space.

The above rates are given excluding Russian Tax 18%.

Construction of shell-scheme and free-design booths of size up to 24 sq.m. is carried out through the Organizer only.
Double-decker stands construction is not permitted.
Maximum height of the exhibition stands – 6 meters.
